African Buns is a traditional African snack and is the closest sibling to the African Puff Puff. African Buns are basically a fried dough or let’s say more of a thick batter without yeast. These delicious Buns are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is a very common snack eaten by so many countries but with different names and a little bit of variation in the mode of preparation.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents: Calcium Phosphate (E 450 Diphosphate), E500 (Codium Carbonate) Maize Starch, Sugar, and Salt.
